We currently enjoy an outbound connection of over 3Gbit/sec at our primary hosting center in the Equinix IBX datacenter in Chicago, the finest datacenter in the world.
Redundant power systems feed all of our equipment; during power failures we have immediate and uninterrupted access to 7.5MW of generator-backed power. Aside from our internal redundancies, all datacenter infrastructure, cooling and physical security is also highly redundant.
Unlike most hosting providers, dedicated Reflected Networks technical staff is onsite at Equinix 24 hours a day to ensure that we have immediate physical access to our equipment when necessary. Our co-location and dedicated server customers have access to these technicians directly to resolve any issues or answer any questions you have. Aside from our onsite staff, you can access your equipment directly through a suite of provided online tools.
